Getting to work this morning and still seeing that !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! parked gathering tickets, I began to wonder if there was something wrong with it.

So I bought a balloon, and was going to tie it on to the driver’s side mirror, take some photos, send them to HUD, giggle for a second, and then take a three day weekend.

Nope. Car’s gone. Joke’s over. Sad trombone.

Had to leave the balloon behind.

I saw them, but I still don’t understand the big fuss. The rare times we go into cities, we just park in a parking garage or pay to park in a lot; the concepts of tolls, leaving cars for a short amount of time, etc. aren’t familiar to me. Sorry.
